OUR FLAVOURS
FARMHOUSE DRY
Made with a blend of fresh-pressed BC apples and a carefully selected yeast strain, our flagship cider is crisp, light, and fully dry with subtle hints of citrus. This is an easy to drink cider, the kind you enjoy after a long day’s work, to toast a celebration with friends and family, or simply just because.
WILD BLACKBERRY
We grew up picking the wild blackberries on our farm that were then turned into delicious pie by Grandma. As we started to refine the property to operate the cidery, we realized it didn’t make sense to fight against the abundant blackberry bushes growing across the farm and instead we used them to create our dry Wild Blackberry cider, blended with 100% BC apples.
HOPPED
Our Hopped cider is made with a blend of Pacific Northwest hops locally-sourced from Abbotsford. We use a dry hop process which gives the cider an aromatic grapefruit flavour while still keeping it light and easy to drink. This might just be your new favourite!
RASPBERRY
This mouth-watering cider gets its fruit-forward flavour from Chilliwack raspberries and fresh-pressed BC apples. The perfect summer sip with just the right amount of dryness, this juicy cider is an ode to the abundant fruit harvests we are lucky enough to experience here in BC.
BLUEBERRY LAVENDER
Local blueberry juice and lavender from Harrison Lavender are added to our base of fresh-pressed BC apples to make this unique and flavourful cider. A surprisingly delightful blend of ingredients make this a little bit floral, a little bit fruity, and a whole lot delicious.
PERRY
Our Perry is made from 100% Anjou pear juice which has been fermented, creating a light and crisp craft beverage. Effervescent and fresh, this Perry is the perfect spritzy summer drink – the kind that’s best enjoyed while sitting on a patio or in a lawn chair.
